Hawaii, Alaska & International Shipping

Please contact us for assistance with delivery to Hawaii or Alaska, rates above do not apply to these locations. Due to shipping restrictions, we currently do not ship items to International destinations.

 
 

Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned merchandise.

Your purchases are packaged with great care to get them to you safely, and always include insurance. If an item does arrive damaged, please follow the steps below.

 
 

Damaged Deliveries

What to do if you received a damaged item:

  1. Please do not throw anything away. Keep the box and all packing materials, as they will be needed when submitting a claim with the shipper.
  2. If you have easy access to a digital camera, please take photos of the damaged item and email them, along with an explanation of the damage, to returns@teakmehome.com on the same day of receiving the shipment.
  3. Don’t alter the item or try to repair it yourself (unless you intend to keep it).
  4. Rest assured you will hear back from Teak Me Home super fast, and we will get everything worked out!
