If you decide to return an item*, please email us at returns@teakmehome.com within 14 days, and we will notify you of the return shipping logistics. It will be your responsibility to handle the shipment back to Teak Me Home within 14 days.
The item has to be returned in new condition, and with the original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, Teak Me Home will issue you a refund.
*Custom made items are not normally stocked, and will be made according to the approved design drawings. Therefore custom made items are not returnable, and the 50% deposit to initiate the project is non-refundable.
